How to Delete Your EatYummy Account
You can permanently delete your account directly from the EatYummy app in a few steps:
- Open the EatYummy app and go to your Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Prefer to have us do it for you? Send a deletion request to support@eatyummy.co from the email address linked to your account, and we will process it for you.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following data:
- Profile — your account and profile details
- Addresses — your saved delivery addresses
- Orders — your order history
- Personal information — name, email, phone number, and other personal details
What Data Is Retained
Some information must be kept even after your account is deleted:
- Financial records — retained only where required to meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

كيفية حذف حسابك في "إيت يمي"
يمكنك حذف حسابك بشكل نهائي مباشرة من تطبيق "إيت يمي" في خطوات بسيطة:
- افتح تطبيق "إيت يمي" وانتقل إلى الملف الشخصي.
- اضغط على الإعدادات.
- اضغط على حذف الحساب ثم أكّد العملية.
تفضّل أن نقوم بذلك نيابةً عنك؟ أرسل طلب الحذف إلى support@eatyummy.co من البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك وسنقوم بتنفيذه.
البيانات التي يتم حذفها
عند حذف حسابك، نقوم بإزالة البيانات التالية بشكل نهائي:
- الملف الشخصي — بيانات حسابك وملفك الشخصي
- العناوين — عناوين التوصيل المحفوظة
- الطلبات — سجل طلباتك
- المعلومات الشخصية — الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف وغيرها من البيانات الشخصية
البيانات التي يتم الاحتفاظ بها
بعض المعلومات يجب الاحتفاظ بها حتى بعد حذف حسابك:
- السجلات المالية — يتم الاحتفاظ بها فقط عند الحاجة للوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والضريبية والتنظيمية
